Blessing of the Animals
…Sunday, October 6th at all Celebrations
It happens every year on the 1st Sunday in October which is also known as St. Francis Sunday. So, locate the pet shampoo, find the leash, and bring your pet to Jubilee! to be blessed. For the safety of people and other pets, we ask that all pets be under your control at all times, either on a leash or in some kind of container.

You Are Invited…
Sunday, October 6th, 2 to 5 pm
There will be an Opening Reception by artist Jenna Jaffe on Sunday, October 6th from 2 pm to 5pm in the Jubilee! Hospitality Room.  We will celebrate the inner connection of all living things and to express our human creativity. There will be music, and refreshments will be served.  20% of all works sold will benefit the Jubilee! Hunger Fund. Come support your soul, a local artist and our Jubilee! Community.

Outdoor Movie Night
…Sunday, October 6th, 6:30 pm at Hanger Hall
While few of us like the waning light of fall, at least it gives the opportunity for an early outdoor movie. Come out to Hanger Hall (31 Park Avenue, North, Asheville 28801) to watch the family-friendly Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the older version.) Bring your own blankets, drinks, food…it is strictly a BYOE (bring your own everything) and TYOE (take your own everything.). We will have popcorn and/or cotton candy for sale and will be asking for donations. (Rain location: Jubilee!)
