Have you ever been interested in learning more about herbs and herbal medicine? How they work? When to use them appropriately? And how to make them?
Winter is a great time to come together to make herbal elixirs for the coming year. Join Jackie Dobrinska, who has taught Everyday Herbalism at universities and retreat centers (such as Kripalu Center for Yoga) as we uncover the delights of our herbal allies for health and wellness. Not only will you get to know the strengths and limitations of different plants, but you will make your own herbal medicines so you can build your herbal apothecary for they year to come. Please RSVP so we have enough materials for class. (Contact Jacquelyn Dobrinska at [email protected])
