6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Windhorse Zen Community would like to invite you to join us here at Jubilee on Thursday evening, 6:30-8:00, October 12, for the first of four evening gatherings this Fall. We’re calling it Zen Practice in the Eye of the Storm; it will include some meditation and an open, interactive forum: We’ll be exploring what people really care about in these tumultuous times, what holds people back, and what each of us can do, individually and collectively, to stay anchored in what matters, and to help mend our lives and our world. All are welcome!
Sunya Kjolhede and Lawson Sachter are co-abbots of Windhorse Zen Community, a residential dharma training center located near Weaverville, about 20 minutes from here. A married couple with children and grandchildren, each of them has practiced Zen for many decades.
[If you have questions, please connect with Jackie after the celebration or email Windhorse@WindhorseZen.org.]
