Women’s Mindfulness Series Coming
…Four Thursdays in February, 6:30 to 8 pm
Women are inherently generous, which leads many of us to be very busy, especially as we live in a world of high stimulation. Instead of drinking another cup of coffee to keep going, come to our meet up for women and mindfulness. In this four week series beginning February 1st, we will explore accessible tools in mindfulness for busy women, we will explore emotions as a gift (not a burden), self-compassion, and managing expectations. This group will be lead by Sarah Shoemaker, a local mindfulness educator and women’s coach. This group is a safe place to show up exactly as you are, share in community, and learn tools to manage the inherent busyness you may feel. All women are welcome. By donation.
