Have You Pledged Your Support?
Your Commitment Is Needed Now More than Ever!
If you are among the more than 100 folks who have completed your Commitment card, THANKS!  If not, we hope you will complete one this Sunday indicating your desire to support the ministries of Jubilee! Community in 2019.  Cards are available at the Welcome Table, in the Hospitality Room, On the Communion Table and in the Bulletins. Our goal for 2019 is to raise $350,000. Not going to be in the congregation this Sunday and need a card?  Give the office a call at (828) 252-5335 or email us at [email protected] and we will get one to you. In this season of giving thanks, we want you to know how grateful we are to you for your commitment to and support of Jubilee!.

MORE Santas Needed for Children in Foster Care
...Select a Child this Sunday
On Sunday, December 9th, you will find 23 ornaments remaining on the Jubilee! Christmas tree in the Hospitality Room. Each ornament shares vital information about the child and their hopes for Christmas gifts. Want to be a “Santa”?  Plan on spending about $100 per child, a little less for younger children, perhaps a little more for teens. Too much to spend?  Join with a friend and do it together. Or, if you do not want to do the shopping, you may write a check to Jubilee! and we will handle the shopping for you. Return the gifts to Jubilee! no later than Wednesday, December 19th.   Please do not wrap your gifts as they must be inspected by the foster parents before they can be given to the child.  Please be sure that your ornament with the child’s name is securely attached.  And…If you purchase gifts locally, it would be most helpful if you put receipts in an envelope in the bag so that exchanges, if necessary, can be made with less hassle.  Let’s be sure that no child is left out. THANKS!
