 Men’s Lives – A 6 week long men’s group
…Starting Tuesday, March 13th, 6:30—8 pm
In our fast paced competitive world, a sense of tribe helps us to slow down and put meaning and reflection into our lives. This is a men’s group about recreating a sense of true belonging. It’s about bonding, getting real, and talking about things that matter to us. Every week we will gather for an hour and a half and have some laughs, share our struggles, and feel some genuine connection in a disconnected world. Through listening, some light prompts and activities, and deep presence, we will lighten our loads and tap into our power. Limit of 8 people per session. $5-$10 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds. All money raised will be donated to Jubilee!.  This group will be facilitated by Jon Handelman. Sponsored by the Jubilee! Community Life Team.

Each session is self-contained. Questions? E-mail Majo at [email protected] or call (828) 582-9822. Sponsored by the Jubilee! Community Life Team.

Who Is Up this Month?
As most people know, Howard is on sabbatical until Easter Sunday, April 1st. During the month of March, we have arranged a wonderful selection of persons to lead our Celebrations. Of course, our own Lauren Fortuna is serving as Liturgist at all Celebrations. On March 4th, Michael Carter, Unitarian Minister from Black Mountain, will be delivering the message. Then, on March 11th and 18th Jubilee! Minister Chris Andrews from Baton Rouge, Louisiana will provide our sermons.  Chris is a former United Methodist Minister who was the senior pastor of the largest UMC in the state of Louisiana until he retired a few years ago. Finally, on Palm Sunday, March 25th, Cathryn Davis Zommer from Charleston, SC, will be with us again. Rest assured that our Celebrations will be meaningful and uplifting.

Now Open! Over 600 Spaces!
The new Buncombe County parking deck on Coxe Avenue across from the Post Office is open and available for you to use. Enter on the north side of the deck on Sears Alley.
